Manifesto

1. I. Modernity has lost meaning and value.

   Modern life does not provide a sense of purpose or meaning anymore. It lacks a vision for life, and a way for each of us to flourish in it.

2. II. We need a new ethics of existence.

   It is up to us to rebuild a framework for flourishing. In doing so, we rebuild the conditions for meaning and value, in both our thoughts and actions. This is an ethic, a framework for life.

3. III. Consciousness can reshape our lives.

   We have been given a tool to shape our existence. Consciousness allows us to identify, reflect, and act. We can actively shape our lives and our world.

4. IV. Consciousness can be trained

   Yet our mind must be trained to do so. We can train our consciousness as we train our bodies, through practice and repetition. We thereby learn to better shape what is meaningful to us.

5. V. It must become a way of life

   This knowledge and training becomes valuable when we act, for ourselves and others. Our ethics of existence must become a way of life.
